Senior Investment Analyst - Search Fund

Temescal Capital is seeking a research-driven Senior Investment Analyst to partner with search fund leader David Katz in identifying and analyzing high-quality B2B SaaS and service companies for acquisition. You'll become a subject matter expert in 2-3 target industries, develop proprietary investment theses, prepare briefing materials for business owner conversations, and build specialized databases of acquisition targets in the $10-60M enterprise value range. The ideal candidate brings 3+ years of experience with specific B2B verticals, exceptional research capabilities, and deep industry specialization. Preferred backgrounds include management consulting, deal sourcing, equity research, corporate development, or strategic roles at B2B companies, particularly in government/compliance, healthcare, or professional services. This unique opportunity offers direct mentorship from David Katz, a proven revenue leader with C-level experience, plus potential post-acquisition operational roles within acquired companies.
